The Pinch Referral Program (“Program”) rewards current users (both Hirers and Subbies) for referring new businesses and subcontractors to the Pinch platform. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open to all active Pinch users with verified accounts.

• Pinch reserves the right to verify the eligibility of referrers and referred parties.

2. Referral Rewards

For Hirers (Contractors, Companies)

Referring a Hirer / Company

• If a referred company signs up and engages a subcontractor (subbie) through Pinch for at least 8 billable hours, the referring Hirer will receive a $200 Pinch Platform Credit.

• Credit is applied automatically to future invoices and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Referring a Subbie

• If a referred subcontractor signs up and completes 40 billable hours of work through Pinch, the referring Hirer will receive a $50 Pinch Platform Credit.

• The referred Subbie will also receive $50 cash (paid as part of their next pay cycle after reaching 40 billable hours).

• Credit is applied automatically and cannot be exchanged for cash.

For Subbies (Subcontractors)

Referring a Subbie

• If a referred subbie signs up and completes at least 40 hours of billable work through Pinch:

  • The referring Subbie will receive $50 cash (paid as part of their next Pinch pay cycle).

  • The referred Subbie will also receive $50 cash (paid as part of their next pay cycle after reaching 40 billable hours).

Referring a Hirer / Company

• If a referred company signs up and engages any subcontractor for a minimum of 8 billable hours, the referring Subbie will receive a $100 cash reward (paid as part of their next Pinch pay cycle).

3. General Conditions

• Rewards are non-transferable.

• Multiple referrals of the same company or subbie will only result in a reward for the first verified referrer.

• Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals are strictly prohibited.

• Pinch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.

• Abuse of the Program may result in account suspension and forfeiture of rewards.

4. Payout Timing

• All cash rewards will be paid in the next available Pinch payroll cycle once eligibility criteria are met.

• Platform credits are applied automatically to the Hirer’s account.
